Tyler and Katelyn are two of the sweetest people you will ever meet- I know I gushed a ton about them after their engagement session, but I can’t say it enough. They are gems. You can always tell so much about people from the speeches at the reception, and theirs were full of so many people who loved them endlessly. (I also think Kate had some of the most genuine bridesmaids I’ve ever had the privilege of photographing- just look at the photos of their reactions when they saw her in her dress for the first time. So precious!) There are also parts of Kate and her family’s story that are similar to my family’s (my father’s injury), and I think that’s another part of why I love them so much. Their story ended differently than ours, but they took a really hard and difficult situation and turned it in a beautiful, grace-filled example of Jesus’ never-ending love and I admire them so much for that. And there definitely wasn’t a dry eye in the church when Katelyn’s brothers walked her down the aisle- it was so special.
And of course, because of Covid, there were other last minute changes to their day, but honestly Katelyn handled it with such grace, you couldn’t have even told this was Plan B. It was beautiful! Also, I can’t not mention how much I LOVED her color palette! The blue with the colorful bouquets is stunning!! (Be sure to scroll to the end for the vendors responsible.) So well done!
Love these people. Love this day. Love it all! XOXO
Love you both so much!!
XOXO
