David and Julie

David and Julie met when she took a job teaching school in Texas which is where he lives. But she came back home to the beautiful  rolling hills of Holmes county, Ohio to get married.

Her friend’s parents own this sweet little cabin by a lake so this is where they and the bridal party got ready.

    The dress…

I had only talked to Julie by phone or email before the wedding so I didn’t even know what she looked like before I met her.

Honestly, I think my jaw hit the floor… She was DROP.DEAD.GORGEOUS!!!

They had decided to do a first look, so here is David seeing her for the first time in her wedding dress!

Love it; I think his face says it all!

Then it was back inside to do the finishing touches.

Julie’s shoes were a gift from David. 🙂

    All the pretty girls…

    …and the handsome guys.

So there was this swan who literally insisted on being in on the action; she would not leave. We had to firmly walk  her back to her pond! 🙂

    Just love these two!

    …a fave…

    …another fave…

    Absolutely B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L.

This is Julie’s baby brother. He was sooo handsome.

Daddy’s last comments before he gave her to David.

    Just married!!

The reception details were absolutely stunning!!

And a final shot of the two of them.

As we drove back home to Pennsylvania in the afternoon and evening we talked and talked. About the perfection of the day. The stunning couple, the antique decor and details, how incredibly nice the people were, and how much it felt just like Lancaster county. David and Julie, thank you so much for the opportunity! It was an honor to be a part of your day! Every blessing as you start your married life in Texas. xoxoxo- Kayla
